We provide free postage and packaging on all orders over £25. Your parcel will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail signed for. You may choose to pay for first class delivery if you prefer. Free collection is also available.
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 24-48 hours of ordering but we are a family business and do not work on Sundays. Royal Mail is slower than usual at the moment due to COVID-19 related staff absence.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship items internationally as the rules have changed since the UK left the EU and it is now too difficult for a small business to comply with the updated legislation. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Your order will be carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure, as far as possible, that it arrives in pristine condition. When packing your parcel we recycle and reuse any packaging materials that we have received with the raw materials, some of which may be plastic bubble wrap. We do not purchase any plastic packaging materials. We do buy "packing peanuts" that are manufactured from starch material and are fully compostable and 100% biodegradable. Starch is also an annually renewable resource. If you don't have a compost then they do dissolve in water within about 10 minutes or so, depending on the quantity.
For unwanted items, if you would like to cancel and return your order please inform us within 14 days, starting the day after delivery.
For cosmetics, in the interests of hygiene we will only accept returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging.
When returning an unwanted item, the return postage will be at the expense of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
